Hard to believe that such a gem sits alongside the council-estate land of Les Menuires. La Bouitte has been improving every year since its inception in St Martine de Bellville’s lovely village 40 years ago – just after Good Ski Guide started visiting. Now it is Michelin-starred and Relais and Chateau award last year and it is hard to find superlatives for this little gem, which will have a full review in season.
